Pomegranate Chicken salad

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1. 2-3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

2. 3-4 oz. cooked chicken, chopped

3. ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

4. ½ an apple, sliced

5. ¼ cup candied cinnamon walnuts, chopped or broken into smaller pieces

6. 1 tbs. Feta cheese

7. Strawberry dressing

Directions: 

1. Assemble salad and top with dressing.
