Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup plain kefir, o yogurt plain
¾ cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned) partly frozen
4 TBS pure maple syrup or Agave
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Ground fresh nutmeg
Directions:
Place everything in the blender in the order given and blend until frothy (about 30 seconds). Enjoy!
