Turkey Burgers

Benefits:

  1. Good source of protein

  2. Can be eaten while on the Diabetes and Weight Loss Protocols (without bun)

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  1. 1 lb. ground turkey meat

  2. 1 medium red onion, finely chopped

  3. 1/2 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, minced

  4. 1 tbsp garlic powder

  5. 1 tsp sea salt

  6. 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together and form 4-6 patties.

  2. Grill on medium heat for 7 minutes a side.

  3. Eat without a bun if you are currently on the weight loss or diabetes solution protocol.
